The service and assistance provided by Pam Hewitt at the Flowerzone was exceptional. I say this because even tho the florist was not available for Monday - Pam emailed me and explained her situation but out of sheer kindness she delivered the flowers on Monday. Talk about going out of your way - I would order again from the same florist.

Have ordered lots of flowers before which have always been excellent but these unfortunately didn’t hit the mark. Poor overall display with a large gap in the middle as if something had been pressing down on them, with some flowers already beginning to die within a day. £10 delivery because it was outside delivery area is also a new one. At best the delivery address is 5 miles from the actual shop. A fiver was fine but not £10.
